Welcome our new Cemetery Caretaker, Dr. Mark F. Lawlor
Mark joined us after our long time Superintendent Chuck, passed away last spring.  He began work this summer and has been actively working to see Woodside into it's next chapter.   In addition to assuming the caretaker role at Woodside Cemetery, Mark is an accomplished conductor and musician.  He serves as the Music Director at a local Cape Parish.  Mark brings a broad wealth of knowledge, skill and experience with people to his work here.  He has already gained a deep respect and attachment to Woodside Cemetery and we're sure you'll find him a valuable resource.  Mark has a love of life and brings a sense of peace along with his warm, and caring demeanor.   Welcome Mark!

Charles R. Liebau

Superintendent, Treasurer, Caretaker

We fondly remember Chuck, our Superintendent, Treasurer, and Cemetery Caretaker for more than 30 years who passed away on June, 14th. 2021.   Chuck Liebau was known to most anyone who frequented Woodside.  He was often found replacing flags on veterans graves, and checking to make sure that nothing was amiss.  Woodside Cemetery became his life's work.  He shepherded  the Cemetery as a labor of love, visiting the grounds every day, addressing concerns and overseeing its care.  Chuck leaves a legacy as well as a place of serenity and beauty that all of us continue to enjoy.  Thank you Chuck!
